Part time is actually full time and no appreciation for what you do. It’s all about hitting the numbers. Corporate loves those who make the Quotas and make the shareholders richer.

The absolute worst place to work

1.0
Part-Time Supervisor - Chicago, IL - September 3, 2021
The worst place I've ever worked! Nepotism, racism, sexism are just a few of the misdeeds that occurred. They work people to death, treat them like shit, and are proud of it. I'm speaking about the Chicago Area Consolidation Hub. I wrote a letter complaining to corporate about the discrimination and didn't get a response. What I did get was blackballed from ever receiving a promotion despite the fact of having successfully completed every assessment with the highest score. I wouldn't encourage anyone to work at that facility!

Project Management Specialist - Chicago, IL - August 7, 2021
Great work place with a strong culture when I first started 20 years ago. Since they've removed everything that made it a great company I wouldn't recommend staying there longer than you need. Get the experience and leave for greener pastures. No more than 3 to 5 years after college for a newbie. Even less for a seasoned professional. Stay there long enough to land your next opportunity.

Deliver Driver - Springfield, MO - May 26, 2021
I'll keep it short and sweet. UPS will pay you handsomely and give great benefits in regards to health insurance. However if you're looking for good managers, supervisors, working conditions, or hours UPS is not the right place for you. Constant harassment from management. Always working late. Using equipment that is not optimal. That pretty much sums up my time at UPS.
