When I worked for United Rentals, it was some fun to work but dispatcher had no idea what they were doing. One dispatcher came from sales and now he is a dispatcher and had no idea how deliveries were made. The other dispatcher came from the street and had no experience doing dispatching. Now I was talking to my branch mgr. and let him know that I'm moving out of state and wanted a transfer to another branch in pa. I wanted to work for the company and do a transfer. Chesapeake branch, I will not give you a good review because you work in Chesapeake and the new employer does not know you. I said I just want a transfer to another branch. Look up transfer, meaning. It said if you work for a company you can transfer to another branch in the same company. Well, I moved to pa and went to the same company, United Rentals in pa and I got and answer. Your mgr. gave you a bad review because you left the company in Chesapeake and decided to move to pa and work for United Rentals.

Pros and Cons
free lunch on the yard people, not for the drivers.
They don't treat their employees fair, when you need help you are on your own.
