Poor run company

1.4
Lincolnton, NC - June 9, 2021
Did my work everyday and was a great worker but if they thought you knew your job well and was doing a good job those were the ones they laid off. Management was very clickish and didn’t want to let new people into their click. I was faster at the job and produced more that the people that had been there for 10 years didn’t appreciate good help at all.

Innovative, competitive, challenging but worth it

I worked at the Pratt and Whitney jet engine division of UTC for a number of years. When you see, touch, live the innovation that goes into every product, and the uncompromising quality culture, you very quickly realize the role that each person plays to make that happen. A truly world class company in every regard.
