About Universal Banker

What does an Universal Banker do?

As universal bankers, we serve our customers and process their financial transactions. We are responsible for providing financial counseling to clients and counsel them regarding specific account types and applications. Furthermore, we provide our expertise in sales operations and promotions. We often help our clients with mobile and online banking services. We educate the clients about new account paper works and clear the disputed transactions and suggest suitable services and products according to clients’ financial needs. As universal bankers, we are responsible for building and maintaining loan payments and enter information into databases. Lastly, we keep financial records and help our clients make new business arrangements.

Core tasks:

  • opening new accounts for the customers
  • providing quality assurance services to clients’ accounts
  • outlining the needs of customers and providing services accordingly
