About Unloader

What does an Unloader do?

As unloaders, we work in the warehouse and spinning departments. we are responsible for offloading cargo from trucks, ships, and trains. The cargo may be delivered to the client or delivered from the supplier. We play an important role in providing human labor in areas where machines cannot be used. Though the work may look too much laborious, with teamwork the work will be simple. After offloading the cargo, it is our responsibility to arrange each item in the designated area and to maximize the space. Some of us may be required to work overnight and others during the day.

Core tasks:

  • offload cargo from ships, trucks, or trains into the warehouse
  • arrange the offloaded items in the designated areas
  • work with other unloaders to ensure a smooth handling of items
  • transport packages that are too heavy to the conveyor belts
