As most corporate based companies do, it’s basically it’s not what you know but who you know. Popularity is plus if you want to work here. My philosophy is doing your best is all you can do. Try not to work outside the box as you make be risky. Believe in yourself first and respect for yourself and others.

Unum was an awesome place to work until I was merged with Provident. Then the benefits and culture drastically change and not for the better
