Try not to work outside the box as you make be risky. Believe in yourself first and respect for yourself and others.

Unum was an awesome place to work until I was merged with Provident. Then the benefits and culture drastically change and not for the better

Pros and Cons
Sales reps and team members were great
Sales manager and DSA were awful
