It’s a roller coaster ride

Bank Apwxialiat - San Antonio, TX - January 7, 2022
USAA would have often my vote for the best job I ever had, until the last few months. A great deal of changes putting the employee’s needs last. Non-compliance issues left members angry, creating a hostile environment.

Mortgage Professional - Phoenix, AZ - November 11, 2021
Your manager is supposed to help you grow and management in Mortgage claim that they'll do everything the can to help you advance in your career. Unfortunately, you cant trust their word, because they will drop you so quick after telling you that you're moving in the right direction. USAA is a great company to work for, unless it's in Mortgage.

Mortgage Loan Processor - Tampa, FL - July 13, 2021
I was employed there for 6 months and had 3 different managers during my tenure. The technology in order to perform my job was at best antiquated. 50% of my team left the company during my time there which was from 5/20 to 12/20.

Doesn't care about employees

2.0
May 5, 2021
Company is about bottom line rather than taking care of its employees. It is over indexed on compliance that it takes a long time to accomplish simple things. So many steps to get something approved. They say to live their core values of integrity and loyalty, but management doesn't reciprocate .

It was perfectly fine till I had a third manager switch (due to covid) and my third manager told me she wouldn’t fire anyone because it makes her look bad. She fired me anyway but went about it in a completely wrong and cowardly way. Via Alorica
