We examine the authenticity and the validity of tickets and pass by matching names and dates to our list. We escort visitors to their designated seats and inform them of the nearest restrooms and exists all the while ensuring a safe environment by maintaining clear aisles and reporting suspicious and dangerous behavior to the events’ security. We also provide special and personalized assistance to guests with needs such as individuals with wheelchairs or other disabilities
