1- you as an employee need to pay for your parking spot. Not cheap, the close parking lots are 100 to 200 dollars per month deducted from your paystub! 2- good hospital for being there as a patient but not as a worker; too much expectation to chart unnecessary stuff into the patient chart for insurance companies that pays UT! This is true! 3- management is discriminatory and don’t care about cultural sensitivity and preferences.

Pros and Cons
Free medical insurance for self only.
Low pay, no free parking,

After my new operations director arrived, I had all my duties taken away, and have been demoted, not in title but, in operations. I have been told my title will change and they say my salary could be decreased. I have had no promotion in over 4 years, nor have I heard about a success plan that would bring me to the next level in the department. I have been stagnant, even though my performance in the department has been nothing but stellar. I have been picked on and micromanaged and told to give less detail and document less issues. It's been nothing but a downward spiral of my professional career and I don't know why. My reviews over the years tell the story, but you couldn't tell from the way I've been treated. My confidence is down and my self esteem has been squashed. It's a nightmare.

Pros and Cons
Great insurance and benefits.
No help or support from anyone . No promotions and no plan to accel.
