Low morale workplace

Senior Subcontract Administrator - Westford, MA - January 27, 2022
UTC purchased Goodrich and the wnvironment went from a good place ro work to something worse. Goodrich seemed to care about the employees and there was low rurnover. UTC aeemed to take care n of the senior management and the shareholders and screwed everyone else. The hw a lth i surance options were expensive and low quality, there was no bonus progr and np ESOP plan.

I enjoyed working at UTC! Learned a lot and enjoyed the colleagues; we communicated always professionally but not formally! The only reason I had to leave the company was a personal reason! Due to divorce I gained full custody of our daughter and she refused to come to IL during her last year in high school; so I had to leave UTC Aerospace and was with out a job until I found the position at Fedex!
