About Valet Manager

What does a Valet Manager do?

As Valet Managers, we are responsible for coordinating parking services provided to patrons. We oversee valet attendants and other staff. We create and coordinate work schedules, assign posting positions, and train team members on venue features and services. We collect and distribute guest room keys and coordinate luggage deliveries to team members. Ensuring the lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable is part of our daily responsibilities. We collect and submit timesheets and conduct performance reviews. Working as Valet Managers, we ensure that valet and bell equipment is working properly. We complete daily paperwork and supervise specials events. We also communicate effectively with staff and upper management.
