I worked at Vanguard for 23 years and the first 20 were great with strong and fair leadership. The minute we got the worst senior leader of all time, Things went down hill immediately. She was an anal perfectionist that issued me an unsatisfactory review for 1 mistake ONE in a 12 month period. I saw this kind of behavior start after we got a new CEO. Cost cutting than was literally FORCING crew to retire or quit. Recent elimination of our Retirement Health Plan that I worked to build for years. Bad all around. If you get hired by this company, good luck you’re going to need it.
