About Vault Supervisor

What does a Vault Supervisor do?

As Vault Supervisors, we are responsible for supervising the vault operations. We ensure accountability and the security of all liabilities. Prioritizing daily operations workflow is a part of our job. We assist the management team in the secure and efficient functioning of the branch. Functioning in an armed environment, we ensure the safety of persons and customers. We provide first-line supervision to Vault employees. It is our responsibility to oversee daily vault operations. We also keep track of inventory management, opening, and closing of branch and vault check-in/out. Providing coaching and skill development to employees is our duty. We monitor and adjust the performance of all staff.

Core tasks:

  • leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign
  • drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
  • secure inventories by executing controls
  • ensure strict compliance with security procedures
  • maintain and provide quality customer service
  • ensure activities are performed in compliance with company policies and federal laws
  • maintain records, handle customer inquiries
