About Vault Teller

What does a Vault Teller do?

As Vault tellers, we process, monitor, and validate coin currency amounts in the vault and in accordance with the company standards and regulations. We maintain accurate records and data in all exchanges taking place within the bank. It is our responsibility to investigate staff out of balance and institute corrective procedures. We also train new tellers in processes and procedures in matters related to handling finances, providing guidance, and answering questions. Some of us conduct mandatory to educate staff of new and existing bank processes.

  • perform vault
  • notify manager of the equipment malfunction
  • conduct mandatory training
  • train new tellers in processes and procedures of the bank
