What does a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer do?
Being Vehicle Dynamics Engineers, we are responsible for developing vehicles and subsystems simulation models. We support the development of innovative chassis systems and components. We provide technical guidance and recommendations. To support the calibrations of diverse systems. Functioning as Vehicle Dynamics Engineers, we have the ability to perform root cause analysis of issues detected in products released or under development. We also guide and mentor the responsible hardware engineers to make sure that hardware is meeting the dynamics requirements. We also develop vehicle operational concepts for every project. We apply knowledge of vehicle suspensions to computer simulations.
Core tasks:
- supporting the set up of measurement systems
- traveling to provide grounds domestically and abroad
- interfacing with other engineering functions
- managing the physical test activities
- clearly communicating the findings within the given time
