This includes the fulfillment of multiple Vendor Management processes, and to communicate with internal customers and third-party vendors. The vendor manager administrator will work with multiple levels of Bank management in directing associates and executing the vendor management policy and procedures. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Vendor Management Manager in the overseeing the Bank’s third-party vendor management program. This includes adding/creating new vendor supporting documentation and maintaining the library of vendor materials.Run the Bank’s third party software tool that contains vendor specific documentation and related vendor processes. Liaise with all Bank divisions in ensuring their vendor documentation is properly boarded into the vendor application, is up to date and is accurate.Provide oversight and support to the Bank’s vendors. This may include contract analysis, vendor due diligence, enhanced documentation and reporting.Work with the IT department on outsourced cloud vendor tasks and activities.Develop and report various data metrics around vendor management and IT Compliance or Internal Control activities.Review select contracts ensuring key elements of the Bank’s vendor policy and best practices are incorporated protecting the Bank’s interests. Support bank departments in general contract review when requested including RFP, RFI and RFQ.Work with Bank departments in ensuring vendor contracts and supporting documentation is properly maintained in the vendor management software program and the Bank’s image archive application.Identify risk elements in the vendor management program and define vendor risk governance.Facilitate regular communication concerning vendor performance and risk trends.Work with internal audit and bank regulators as necessary.Assist in the integration and automation of departmental manual process to automated workflows.Participate in Vendor Management training responsibilities to associates.Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all internal and external customers.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None.Other Skills and Abilities Two to three (2-3) years or more working/managing vendors and vendor relationships. Basic contract management experience which includes reviewing contracts, understanding basic terms and general contract language. Purchasing experience, Operations experience plus. Banking/Financial services experience desired.Must have: strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, with internal and external (vendors) customers, good computer skills, good reasoning skills, and ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
