What does a Veterinarian do?

In the role of Veterinarian, our primary responsibility is to diagnose the diseases in animals. We have the ability to treat the harmful diseases and injuries found in animals or pets. We are also capable of treating sea animals such as fishes, mammals, and invertebrates. As Veterinarians, we are accountable for providing valuable advice to pet owners on maintaining the health of their pets. We also examine the behavior and responsiveness of animals to identify the main causes of their problems. We provide guidance to the other veterinarians for supporting their work.

Core tasks:

  • providing important suggestions regarding the pet's health
  • diagnosing the diseases in animals
  • treating the injuries of animals
  • promoting the preventative care for animals
