What does a Vice President OF Business Development do?

As Vice Presidents of Business Development, we are responsible for developing and executing company sales and marketing plans. We implement new ideas and tools for the company and lead the company’s planning to increase sales and company growth. We identify and vet partnership deals and opportunities. Establishing relationships and traveling to business development meetings is one of our main responsibilities. We perform competitor and SWOT analysis. Working as Vice Presidents of Business Development, we manage the business development pipeline and work with the marketing and sales department on key initiatives. We set company sales targets and marketing goals.
