The Vice President of Compliance position provides leadership and oversight to the compliance programs of an organization. In this role, we are responsible for strategically designing these programs. We track laws and regulations that affect the organization, and ensure that internal policies are compliant to them. We work with all levels of management to ensure appropriate processes and controls are established. We direct audits and training activities, and work to reinforce all compliance-related communication throughout the organization.
