About Vice President OF HR

What does a Vice President OF HR do?

As Vice Presidents of Human Resources, we are tasked with the responsibility of handling the HR operations, evaluate legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, identify and implement long-range strategic talent management goals. We identify ways to support this mission through talent management, identifying key performance indicators for the organization's human resource and talent management functions, and assessing its progress and market competitiveness based on these standards set by the organization. We research, develop, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.

Core tasks:

  • assist with the resolution of human resource
  • maintain compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
  • maintain rules and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
  • document and implement the organization's staffing budget, and the budget for the human resource department
  • engage in professional development and networking conferences and events
