We set quality goals and make recommendations on how to achieve them. We are responsible for a continuous quality improvement process and for nurturing quality excellence. Our essential function is to train employees to produce quality products/services. For this purpose, we must have excellent knowledge of the company's products/services. With this know-how, we assess overall quality and determine improvements. Another important function of ours is to stay abreast of recent technology and decide on adoption. Working as Vice Presidents of Quality, we must be up-to-date about industry trends. We report to the CEO.
