What does a Vice President of Sales and Marketing do?

As Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing, we are tasked with directing and supervising the company’s marketing and sales department while monitoring their overall efficiency and compare their turnover to the established goals and objectives. We also schedule meetings between the departments to ensure smooth communication between them in order to leverage customers’ needs during the sales process. We create new sales selling cycles and methodologies to assist the sales team in closing more deals.
