About Vice Principal

What does a Vice Principal do?

As Vice Principals, we assist with defining and enforcing policies and guidelines for students and staff. We interact with school employees and administrators and engage with staff members. We review budgets, plans, and ensure the institutional environment is safe. Liaising with departments and forwarding issues to the principal is part of our daily responsibilities. We assist with the development and review of policies, rules, and regulations. We attend and participate in meetings with staff and other officials. Working as Vice Principals, we assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of all new staff. We also plan and organize events and field trips.

  • establish rapport and maintain relationships with parents
  • update student and school records
  • arrange staff and official meetings
