What does a Video Producer do?

In the role of Video Producers, we choose equipment and other tools that fit this vision. We select all camera, audio, and lighting equipment. We select editing software and other computer programs. We scout locations and oversee everything from wardrobe to set design. We hire other team members such as editors, videographers, stylists, and actors. We also assign tasks and create schedules for all cast and crew involved. We set the budgets and track spending along the way. We work closely with other teams. We collaborate with the public relations department and social media editors to promote the project. We are responsible for shooting, editing, and producing all video deliverables.
