What does a Virtual Assistant do?

In the role of Virtual Assistant, we are responsible for assisting our employers or customers in their work. We address the issues and understand the main requirements of our customers to provide them with the perfect solutions. We schedule meetings with our customers to discuss the projects with them. Working as Virtual Assistants, we are accountable for responding to the emails of our customers and attending their business calls in their absence. We also prepare proper records of the customer's monthly data. We create presentations for different projects and provide advice to the clients for improving them.
