Unfortunately, this was the worst company culture I had ever experienced. Everyone operated in fear. Every area except top leadership had extremely high turnover. Layoff and restructuring year after year. They just get rid of people and rehire new people every year. No one seemed to be so unhappy at all. People stayed because of the money and benefits, which are above market. People paid for it with their health, from anxiety and stress to heart attacks, migraines, ulcers, etc. Your life and the high pay is not worth any of this.

I was on probation work every day was late one day because of power outage and they told me I should have bought two clocks
