VXI doesn't help you learn their products or services they provide their customers. The staff is unknowledgeable and unprofessional. They are very rude and unhelpful. And no matter what you have to stay on the phone. Terrible job opportunity.

Pros and Cons
Metropolis the place we ate they had Wonder egg rolls

Helping customers understand the communications and the problem with their cards Getting them to understand that the amount that is on their card will be on their card, letting them know if they’re calling and asking why they cannot use their car. Maybe the car not been activated and giving them better understanding whether they can use their.

Pros and Cons
Helping customers understand the communications and the problem with their cards
I enjoy very much of working there

Majority of the people and supervisors are good but management will let you down 100% of the time. Any time I used my own PTO it was looked down upon from management.

Pros and Cons
decent pay
poor management

I worked at VXI for three months. I saw potential for growth and advancement. Met some really good people there. The pay was standard for call centers. The did go out of the way to do little things, like a free lunch for all employee's at work during that shift. Having events with prizes to give away The benifit package was average. The main down side was the software which seemed to faulter daily.

Pros and Cons
Friendly and casual environment
Terriable software, hot seating, account resets when moving to another desk.

This company took a chance on me and I am forever grateful. The only reason I am not still working for them was I ran into many medical issues with myself and had 3 deaths in my family in 3 months. I would LOVE to be able to rejoin the team oneday

Pros and Cons
remote work
Not able to think of any, I had to separate from company due to medical issues

I had been in the work force for 45 years at the point of my working here. I was treated that I had not ever worked and was critiqued on every call I had made Even if I made sales and got compliments. about 93 % of my calls were may i speak to your manager to gave you Kudos. I was still treated as if I was trash

Pros and Cons
Some of the people were nice
Too much hassle to the small pay, Leads did not appreciate your hard work

Once you’re out of training you’re left to sink or swim. You’re hours are based on team performance, no matter personal performance. I worked every holiday while there. Three bad reviews and you’re fired no matter if it’s your fault or not.

Pros and Cons
Good pay,
Terrible hours, no support, high stress, job is always at risk, lack of care and compassion
