They put so much pressure on their employees and everyone in my team is looking for a way out, but since they signed a none-compete, team members told me they feel trapped. I was a lucky one because I found a way out, though I’m still recovering from my experience with them. W3Global still owes me (earned) commissions, that haven’t been paid and yet, they are still ignoring my emails which I might have to involve the law to obtain these funds. They also promised to give me a rase after my 1st sale. That never happened. My direct manager is not the person who monitors my preference. Instead, the CEO meets with all teams about once a month and start judging, screaming, and telling us how bad and lazy we are. Thinking he will push us to be more productive :(. They promoted an Apple Watch draw and encouraged all their Indian employees to leave a good review and submit a screenshot.
