I was employed with Waffle House and Midwest Waffles, Inc. (Sister affiliate) for a number of years. I was hired as a Salesperson and exercised opportunities for unlimited earning potential. It was great establishing regulars at several units and understanding that coaching and training is ongoing. I went on to complete a Bachelor's defree of Waffle House Business Management and operated 6 stores iver the course of my career. A 24 hour operation is unpredictable and the spontaneity is part of the fun! Competitive incentives and bonuses for upper level management and establishing lifelong relationships with hardworking colleagues is rewarding.
