There is no growth or development.
There is no learning with which people stagnate being the reason to find there and employed with more than 20 years in the same position.
For me it is not aspirational. I love parks and enjoy but...
Pros and Cons
Insurance it is better

Guest Service Representative
Orlando, FL - October 18, 2021
I loved assisting the Guests and future guests at Walt Disney World. The calls I would receive would range from the happiest of people to very unhappy callers. While I did enjoy the happy calls, I really loved solving in-house guest issues. As I would tell them, "This is not an inexpensive vacation. You deserve the best service and that is what you are going to get right now. This problem WILL be solved." When I would open the conversation with those 3 sentences, the guest would generally calm down a bit. This would make their explanation of the issues much clearer and solvable. By the time the call would end, it was as if I was hanging up with my best friend. I made sure that ALL my calls ended in this manner. No, the pay was not great, but the callers were.
Pros and Cons
The guests
The pay and poor management

I enjoyed assisting the guests, and, per management, did an excellent job. What I didn't like was the poor pay and benefits that this company offers.
Pros and Cons
Enjoyed the job. That's it.
Poor pay, poor benefits, poor management support.

At first it was very fun but the heat is just unbearable at the time I worked there my pay was like 9:35 an hour my rent was 1,200 so I had to share was like five people just to make it so they don't pay well it's hot but you do get that is experienced in a way you know you see the fireworks every night and there are the good points that mostly I've didn't like it and I would never probably work there again
Pros and Cons
All the interesting and nice people that I met
You feel like you're working on the crust of the Sun
