About Warehouse Coordinator

What does a Warehouse Coordinator do?

As Warehouse Coordinators, we coordinate with the delivery department to ensure that the right supply is delivered by comparing it to the purchasing order issued by the sales departments. We also assign specific storage spots in the warehouse and ensure that each incoming supply is correctly labeled and supplemented with a bar code to facilitate its retrieval. We supervise the warehouse staff to ensure that goods are safely and properly loaded and unloaded from the trucks.

Core tasks:

  • use multiple software to track the warehouse stock levels
  • assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks when required
