What does a Warehouse Supervisor do?

As Warehouse Supervisors, we are responsible for analyzing shipment logs and reviewing timelines of scheduled deliveries. We track inventory levels and order new supplies as required. Optimizing employee workflow and determining warehouse KPIs is part of our daily responsibilities. We ensure proper maintenance of equipment and communicate with other team members. Working as Warehouse Supervisors, we collaborate with our colleagues and evaluate new warehouse workers. We also tack expenses relating to fuel, storage, and transport maintenance. We constantly work to improve warehouse operations and make suggestions for productivity improvements.
