It was hard to move up in the company unless you wanted to move out of state. Then they started moving divisions out of state. Then less local support people. Eventually they had outside reps all over more than one county. This made it impossible to get your work done because of so much driving. I am not sure how it is now.

Pros and Cons
You established long relationships with fellow employees. Many people had tenure and were friendly.
Mgmnt too interested in saving money and changed too many things at one time~ it created burnout!

I went to work it was very hot all the time. The pay was only $8.00 wasn't happy about it, They don't give anyone over time just the hours you are to work, it's a rough job for anyone. Got paid weekly. I got sick not even a doctors note will they excuse you so if you get sick you won't have a job.

Pros and Cons
Everyone is to themselves.
Have to be prepared to work in a hot environment, supervisors are always watching everyone's move.

I agree this is a job that should be automated completely. Otherwise, I would categorize this as the worst job on the planet for any decent human being. Should be used for felons instead of prison. The smell, heat, dust, movement of conveyor belt all make you sick.

I absolutely loved working for WM…I got let go over a very jealous conniving supervisor!! I had a very good relations with higher ups and all and I had been there 11 years…it wasn’t the job it was management!!! The retaliation was real in that office!!! Other than that…this was a great company to work for

I wish I had read previous reviews before accepting a job. Supervisors are unhelpful and rude. Team leads that are there to help, don't. Training not thorough enough.

Pros and Cons
worked remotely
excessive time restrictions, not enough training, team leads rude and unhelpful
