Ive been with Waters for several years and it was great . Now Waters middle / upper management has gone down the crapper. The two people running the distribution center have no clue what their doing

The company has really good benefits, but unfortunately, it lacks quality management. There was a lack of support from corporate management for the products developed in Pittsburgh.
The Pittsburgh office had a serious lack of communications.
