About Wax Specialist

What does a Wax Specialist do?

As wax specialists, we are responsible for waxing clients, handling challenges, and explaining our products and services to potential future clients. We also take care of the implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external customers. Additionally, we are target-oriented individuals always trying to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing customer relationship management. We are accountable for efficient, effective, and high-quality service provision following all defined minimal waxing service standards while following all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards. We are also responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store, and any other duties deemed necessary.

Core tasks:

  • responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external customers
  • actively engage in the implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace initiatives
  • responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed
  • accountable for efficient, effective, and high-quality service provision following all defined minimal waxing service standards
