Wealth Management Assistant $60k, paid OT, Annual Bonus, Great benefits and 401k! Career development!!

Prominent Private Wealth Management firm is searching for talented individuals to join their successful corporation in a role that is fast paced, challenging, and rewarding. This is an administrative coordinator role supporting Financial Advisors and their high-net worth clients.

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, prospects, and intermediaries regarding any meetings or appointments with the Advisors.
• Book meetings, manage calendars, answer calls and emails, and book complex travel arrangements.
• Analyzing prospective client portfolios for asset allocation recommendations
• Preparing presentations and documentation for the clients.
• Special projects and generating reports.

Qualifications Required:

• 1+ years experience working in the financial services industry preferably in a client focused/service role or relevant internships
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.1 or greater is a PLUS
• Super problem solving and analytical skills essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
