Job Description

U.S. Bank is hiring a Specialized Industries Healthcare Relationship Manager who will serve as the primary advisor to U.S. Banks top healthcare clients. These Relationship Managers are experienced partners who understand their clients’ needs and goals, and deliver comprehensive financial solutions. They take a holistic approach to relationship management, leveraging deep partnerships across the Bank. They are responsible for cultivating and managing new & existing healthcare client relationships. They achieve this by serving as trusted partners who will assess and attend to client needs, provide education and recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals. They utilize their banking expertise to consult and deliver a mix of products.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field

  • 10 or more years of commercial lending experience

  • Three or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Considerable knowledge and experience managing healthcare relationships in middle market space

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
