What does a Web Designer do?

As Web Designers, we are responsible for designing, building, and improving websites. We use visual elements that are in-line with our client's brands or requirements. We understand user experience and build easy use and navigate websites. Following standard specifications and designs for website building is also part of our duty. We collaborate with web developers and content creation teams to ensure smooth implementation of requirements. Working as Web Designers, we use creative ideas following market trends to improve websites regularly. We understand the technical obstacles in our project and devise strategies to overcome them. We also design custom page layouts and templates. Finally, we produce design assets for our marketing channels and social media platforms.

Core tasks:

  • creating and managing a database of design assets
  • improving the user experience of our websites
