About Wellness Ambassador

What does a Wellness Ambassador do?

As wellness ambassadors, we provide support for employees to help them make healthy lifestyle choices and improve their quality of life. We advocate for a nutritious diet and physical exercise to improve the health of your clients. We motivate you to stay committed to your health and wellness goals and enhances clients’ communication and planning skills. We ensure that program information is culturally sensitive and inclusive. As wellness ambassadors, we acknowledge and appreciate differences that race, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, and age bring to our campus and our society.

Core tasks:

  • going about as a lead for wellbeing and impetus for change
  • giving criticism to the wellbeing warning board of trustees or potentially health facilitator
  • supporting and underwriting key wellbeing activities by close to home cooperation
