About Wellness Coordinator

What does a Wellness Coordinator do?

As wellness coordinators, we lead a systematic wellness program and organize, schedule, and promote health and fitness activities and initiatives for employees. We create and execute wellness and fitness awareness and publicity strategies around the company, as well as classes, speakers, conferences, personal training, and fitness evaluations that encourage healthier lifestyles. To ensure proper comprehensive program assessment, we accumulate statistical summaries of data collection, class participation, and equipment inventories.

Core tasks:

  • helping the associate head in the improvement of a financial plan, arrangements, and techniques pertinent to the activity of the health program
  • giving instructive introductions, and preparing programs
  • encouraging health and fitness, raise sales, or reduce costs, propose or authorize new programs or service offerings
