Wellpath, formerly Correct Care Solutions, is a healthcare firm located in Nashville, Tennessee, that describes itself as 'one of the nation's leading for-profit healthcare providers for inmates.' Jerry Boyle started the firm in 2003. Wellpath is now owned by the private equity firm H.I.G. Capital. The Wellpath facilities may be found in both the United States and Australia. There are now 550 facilities in 36 states. Every day, these institutions serve about 300,000 patients. Wellpath has positions available in correctional institutions, state psychiatric hospitals, forensic mental health facilities, and other specialist care settings.
