Working as Wholesale Account Executives, we are responsible for identifying prospective customers including mortgage brokers and real estate investors. We identify and ensure that the clients qualify for the guidelines of the company before becoming an approved loan stream partner of the firm. We maintain the existing loan pipeline by implementing new strategies for its improvement. Functioning as Wholesale Account Executives, we have the ability to continuously provide assistance to the customers with the different loan scenarios, training, and submission of loans. We aim to strengthen customer relationships by building their trust in our services. We work collaboratively with the team members and have the ability to handle tasks without any supervision.
