Wilson Sonsini Company Reviews and Ratings
Paralegal
Austin, TX - July 1, 2023
I would’ve worked at Wilson Sonsini forever, I’m sure. I had to leave due to debilitating autoimmune disabilities which left me unable to do my job. While there, I worked for some incredibly intellectual and interesting corporate lawyers. I can’t say enough good about them
Pros and Cons
California pay in Texas
None, truly

I have nothing but the best to say about WSGR. I was there 18 years and it was a joy to go to work every day. I still miss it. They are very professional, caring, progressive and you can always get any assistance you need for anything. Management is the best! I was in a 25+ senior secretary layoff and it broke my heart. If you are ready for a challenge and have excellent skills, this is the place to go to work.
Pros and Cons
Friendly office, great working conditions.
I have no complaints.

Good work environment/fun if you are well-connected, but that's not unique to WSGR. Big Law in general. Many perks and benes. Excellent if that's what you came for.
Pros and Cons
Profit sharing
It's law. zzzzz
