Worked two and half years under great managers, unfortunately HPS was such a mismanaged company that all the talented managers and engineers were push out including myself. I believe HPS is now fully managed and under the control of Wipro so I hope things got better.

Chaotic under qualified and uneducated management with no idea what they are doing. No resources for improvement. No implementation of the so called “culture and values” they boast about because they allow the clients to make up the rules and NEVER support Wipro employees. Non stop violations from labor law to sexual harassment. Worked like a prisoner for less than poverty level wages and now hear it’s even worse with tech programs spying on employees every movement. Lead supervisor is out of the office more than she’s ever in the office and ironically no one can take their earned PTO because it just so happens there’s never any available…hmmm I wonder why??? If you value your sanity, don’t want to be constantly insulted and made to feel worthless day in and day out, work like a prisoner, and get paid like your 15 year old kid working at McDonald’s then this is the perfect nightmare for you!
