About Wireline Field Operator

What does a Wireline Field Operator do?

Functioning as Wireline Field Operators, a primary responsibility is to develop and set the tool components on the working sites. We oversee and track the performance of work on the maintenance sites. Our main goal is to ensure that everything is aligned with the given instructions on the working sites. In the role of Wireline Field Operator, we are accountable for observing the work of the crew on the site. We provide assistance to the workers working on the sites in their work. We assemble the perforating guns as directed by the managers. We also provide training to the newly hired operators of the company.

Core tasks:

  • checking the compliance of safety rules and regulations
  • using industrial equipment for controlling the devices
  • reporting the work of sites to the managers and supervisors
  • performing inspections of the work
  • handling the management of machines
