I enjoyed working for WIS. They gave me the opportunity to travel to multiple cities within various states to perform inventory for the company. The staff, including management, were always kind to their employees, as well as we were given the chance to move higher in our position. It was an pleasant place to work.

Good for someone that likes to get up early and travel to different stores each day with supportive coworkers.
Not for someone with common sense regarding promotion and raise opportunities. Spent a whole period going for a productivity goal that would result in a raise and possible promotion that I reached. The system changed though at the end and the new goal make take me another year.

Travel pay. Different locations. Simple.
Breaks are rare. Mixed messages from multiple managers. Promotion random. Raise system changes.

so many bad experiences. Just font work for the.. it was even a class action lawsuit because ghe was stealing people money shorting our hours which i never received my back pay.

Those that have power abuse it and think they can speak to someone any kind of way (without some type of consequences for their actions). The job itself is cool but they don't train no one properly, then talk bad about people (as if it's their fault)! They don't do stuff right but yet and still they got their hands out to make sure they good! They are quick to mess up your hours.

They don't pay what one's true worth is. It's nothing but bullshit and manipulation and drama there

Management was horrible and expected so much from those that did the most and did there job while others would not be doing anything just walking off and leaving or standing there not working while management tells you too pick up the slack for them was supposed to be a team job and never was that at all

Very unpleasant experience, no organization and you have no voice talking to District manager is a wall that doesnt hear or see you he's late a hr everytime he runs a job but get on everyone else and threatening text messages no ones ever in the office we are not allowed to park at the job but park half mile in a plaza a 3am and 4am in the mornings no one to watch vehicle's. its pointless ,vans are Disgusting and reps with odors very un safe work place wouldn't recommended my dog to work here
