Woman’s hospital is a private hospital although a not-for-profit, its services are dedicated to providing a wide range of medical care to women and infants. From child delivery, to general medicine, cancer treatment, mammography, gynaecology and the others, Woman’s hospital is dedicated to offer premium medical assistance to women and babies. The company’s mission is to make better the health status of every woman and infants that finds their way to its 168-bed facility. The woman’s hospital holds very dear the tenets of mutual respect for individuals, a sense of compassion and service delivery that is unbeatable. The company was founded by a team of 19 Doctors among which are Dr. Julius H. Mullins, Sr. Jack Jones and Cary Dougherty who all conceived the idea of a specialized hospital for women and therefore kick start operation in the year 1968. The hospital has its facility in Baton, Rouge, Louisiana. The company’s annual revenue as at 2019 was a $259.75 million.
