About Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor

What does a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor do?

As Workers Compensation Claims Supervisors, we assist safety investigators to determine compensation claims. We conduct interviews with injured clients and evaluate their medical treatments. It is our responsibility to use the insurance agency’s fraud detection tools to disclose false compensation claims. We assign the fraud cases to insurance investigators to evaluate and generate honest and accurate reports for a claim resolution. We monitor the status of injured employees including their claims to evaluate and determine the exact costs of treatments. We collaborate with medical practitioners to prepare pending bills as a confirmation of offering their services for patients' claims to be executed.
