Working Solutions is the Workforce Development Board for Madison, Herkimer, and Oneida Counties. It is the inseparable part of the Public Workforce System, functioning as a network of federal, national, and local offices. It supports economic development and progresses the talent of the nation’s workforce. The Working Solutions work as relationship makers between the U.S. Department of Labor and more than 2,500 local American Job Centers that provide facilities to personnel and employers. Its major role is to make regional strategic plans and set funding priorities for its zone. It provides job offers for its internal positions and also for its connected organization. Currently, it is looking for capable persons for the positions of Golf Grounds and Greenskeepers, Manager, Sales Manager, Electronics Technical Specialist, Warehouse Associate, Production Associate, Validation Technician, Test Engineer, and Program Manager.
