About Worship Leader

What does a Worship Leader do?

As Worship Leaders, we are tasked with crafting charming and attractive worship sessions in all services of the church. We need to determine the worship plan for the church for each week in a month on a quarterly basis. We ensure the required standards are communicated properly to all team leaders and staff of the church. We promote consistency in the excellent standards of worship ministry areas. We promote future growth and development by developing a team of musicians in the church. We also promote the growth by crafting the musical growth strategy for volunteers and student members of the church.

Core tasks:

  • crafting the best songs for praise and worship
  • communicating to church members on the progress of the worship team
  • planning worship sessions and rehearsals
